SAS Global World Headquarters spans an impressive 185,000 square feet, including a 152,500 sq. ft. fabrication facility and 32,500 sq. ft. of office space. This is the operational core of SAS Global—home to our engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and administrative teams.

SAS GLOBAL TEXAS: LONGVIEW, TX
95,000 Sq. Ft. on 44 Acres | Heavy Fabrication & Hardfacing | Home of Cladtec & Vtec



Located on a sprawling 44-acre site in Longview, Texas, this 95,000 square foot facility serves as a major hub for heavy fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, cladded hardfaced pipie, and wear component rebuilding. It is the operational home of Cladtec and Vtec, divisions of SAS Global Corporation.
Heavy Structural Fabrication & Vessel Manufacturing
The Texas location is fully equipped to handle vessel fabrications up to 200 feet in length and component weights up to 400,000 lbs. All vessel design and fabrication is led by the Vtec division, supported by highly experienced engineers and fabricators.

Hardfacing & Rebuild Services by Cladtec
Cladtec, located within this facility, specializes in the manufacture of CladPipe, rebuilding and overlaying of worn industrial components to extend their service life with SAS Global’s proprietary hardfacing technologies.

- Plate Forming – plate rolls capable of rolling 2.5" thick x 120" wide materials
- Stress Relieving Furnace – 17' wide x 19' high x 80' long for large-scale thermal treatments

- CNC Burning Equipment – Both acetylene and plasma systems for complex shapes and tight tolerances

DIVISIONS OF SAS GLOBAL

Cladtec specializes in Total Wear Control and services the entire country with two strategic locations. Cladtec rebuilds worn out components with high wear material that will outlast new OEM components at a fraction of the cost. Cladtec is capable of repairing worn components in-house or on-site.

Located in Longview, Texas, Vessel Technology (VTEC) specializes in the design and fabrication of pressure vessels to support the refining, petrochemical, and power generation needs worldwide. Recognized as one of the best facilities of its kind in the country, VTEC has built a solid reputation upon our precision craftsmanship and dedicated commitment to quality.
